AudioSplitter rewrite in PowersHELL.

This project is a work in progress, it is nowhere near completion and nothing works.

Requirements

  1. Run PowerShell 7.x as admin and enter >> Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
  2. Run Start.bat or ./bin/x64/AudioSplitter2.exe
  3. (optional) PowerShell Studio for editing form.
